Where we are heading

Deeper roots before wider branches.

Growth, for us, does not mean more logos on a wall. It means stronger classes here, better trained locals, and reporting you can actually use to judge the work.

Three commitments on the road ahead

1 · Strengthen what already runs

Add a second reading circle only when the first stays full and assessments keep improving. Quality first; scale second.

2 · Train neighbourhood facilitators

A short apprenticeship so adults who finished our skills track can lead sessions themselves, paid, prepared, and mentored.

3 · Publish clearer impact notes

Twice-yearly public notes: attendance, learning gains, money in/out, and what we stopped doing because it did not work.

Vision vs. capacity

We will not promise a future we cannot staff or fund.

Ambition without resources is advertising. Our direction is deliberately modest: protect weekly rhythm, raise the skill of people already here, and make the results readable to anyone who asks.

If partners walk with us, the first uses of new capacity are tutoring hours, garden infrastructure, and facilitator stipends, not a bigger office.
